The EZ flip bevel jig features modern makers file guide and holding device. the holder (aluminum block) can be used with or without the bevel jig and also the holder can be mounted on your existing bevel jig with minimal alterations. the bevel jig has a 3/8" thick mild steel base for stability. it is usually very important to have the plunge lines lined up straight across from each other, you can get that by not needing to remove the plunge line guide/ file guide every time you flip to the other side.
